Meeting room for 10–12 people in Copenhagen with catering
For a meeting where everyone sits around one table, we suggest Lake Superior: 25 m² with boardroom seating for 12. For up to 16 around the table, choose one of our seven rooms of 51–57 m². AV equipment, Wi-Fi, coffee and lunch are included in the per-person price, with no additional room hire.
Which room works best for a boardroom meeting of 10–12 people?
For a small meeting, the deciding factor is how many people can sit around one table and see each other, rather than the total floor area. Look at boardroom capacity rather than the room’s maximum theatre capacity.
| Room | Area | Boardroom | U-shape | Classroom | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lake Superior | 25 m² | 12 | – | – | 10–12 people around one table. Our smallest room and the closest to a traditional boardroom. |
| Mount Elbert | 57 m² | 16 | 18 | 20 | 12–16 around the table, with space to stand and use a flip chart. |
| Matterhorn, Thames, Lake Garda, Volga, Rhine and Mount Rushmore | 51–57 m² | 16 | 18 | 20 | Similar in size to Mount Elbert. With seven rooms in this size range, we can often offer availability. |
A dash means that capacity for that layout is not specified. See the area and capacity of all 21 rooms in the full capacity table.
How is a small meeting priced?
Prices are per person, rather than per room. A half-day meeting of up to four hours starts at DKK 795 per person including VAT. Room hire and AV equipment are included in the package, with no separate charges.
Pay attention to VAT when comparing quotations. Our prices are quoted including VAT, while other Copenhagen meeting and conference venues quote excluding VAT. DKK 795 including VAT equals DKK 636 excluding VAT, so a quotation that appears 25% more expensive often is not.
For small meetings, the price is based on the number of delegates rather than the size of the room.
Where can a small group take a break?
Coffee and tea are available, so breaks do not need to be booked in advance.
Where can a small group take a break?
Coffee and tea are available throughout the meeting, so you do not need to schedule breaks in advance. Lunch is included, changes with the seasons and is served in the restaurant rather than at the meeting table.
For a meeting around one table, this means you can break when the conversation allows. Tell us about allergies or dietary preferences before the meeting so the kitchen can prepare.
What is ready in the room when you arrive?
For a small meeting, straightforward, reliable equipment is what matters. The following is included in your package and ready when you arrive.
An LCD projector, screen, whiteboard and flip chart are in the room. There is no separate equipment hire charge; it is part of the meeting package.
Wi-Fi is included for all delegates, including those not staying at the hotel. Mention large file transfers or video calls in your enquiry.
