Can we hold plenary sessions, breakouts and dinner in one place?
Yes. Everest can be divided into three rooms, so you can hold a plenary session in one and parallel sessions in the others. Our 21 smaller rooms are on the same conference floor and can be used for breakout sessions, an organisers’ office or a speakers’ lounge. The atrium is used for registration, exhibitions and receptions, with banquet seating for 400.
Breakout rooms and exhibition space are not automatically included in the meeting packages . Specify session numbers, group sizes and timings in your enquiry so we can include them in the proposal. The hotel has 366 bedrooms in the same building, available as an optional extra subject to availability, and 400 parking spaces in the underground car park beneath the hotel.
