We have 21 meeting and conference rooms that can be divided into 28 rooms. We can easily accommodate a small meeting for a handful of people, while our 800 m² ballroom holds up to 800 delegates.
Our meeting packages start at DKK 795 per person including VAT for a half-day meeting. The price depends on the meeting type, catering and number of delegates. Send us an enquiry for a tailored proposal.
Yes. Our meeting packages include coffee and catering, and we are happy to adapt menus and breaks to your programme and dietary requirements.
Yes. There is an underground car park with 400 spaces beneath the hotel, so delegates can park and walk straight in. Electric vehicle charging is also available.
Yes. We have 366 rooms, so delegates travelling from further away can stay overnight. Mention this in your enquiry and we will combine the meeting and rooms in one proposal.
The hotel is certified to ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 20121 for sustainable event management, and holds Green Key certification. We can send current certificates and general information about hotel operations. Share your specific procurement or documentation requirements so we can clarify what we can document. We do not provide event-specific emissions or consumption data for ESG reporting.
